About the role
Lead solution design and technical implementation for customer integrations across accounting, commerce, and banking platforms. Support the product team by influencing feature requests and product roadmap based on what customers are looking for.

- Strong technical proficiency with REST APIs, integration design, and developer workflows
- Excellent communication skills. You are able to lead technical discussions with engineering teams and explain complex topics clearly to business stakeholders
- Builder mindset. You enjoy creating demos, writing documentation, and solving problems end to end
- Experience being in a highly collaborative and adaptable fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus: Experience working with Accounting, Payments, or Commerce systems in the past
