About the role
We are looking for an operator to build and run our contributor network across Latin America. You will recruit and activate contributors, hire and supervise field agents, and source implementation partners — studios, agencies, universities, and local field firms — that extend our delivery capacity. Then you will manage live data-collection projects end to end, from specification through to accepted delivery.

This is a field role as much as a desk role. You will meet contributors and partners in person, run recruitment drives and training sessions in key cities, supervise collection days on site, and travel regularly across the region.
