About the role
There is no title. There is no department. There is no job description in the normal sense, because the job is the part of Rwazi that is hardest right now. You will be handed problems that have never been solved, by us or by anyone. No precedent, no expert to call, no process to follow. Your job is to solve them anyway, and then build the system that makes your solution run without you, so you can move to the next one. Solving is the entry fee. Systematizing is the job.
