If you’re an experienced industrial hygienist passionate about keeping Oregon workers safe and healthy, you may be the perfect fit for a new team at SAIF. We’re recruiting an industrial hygiene supervisor to join our safety and health specialty services team. The person in this role will supervise the operations and deliverables of the industrial hygiene team, including developing and leading team members with varying backgrounds and skill levels.
What they're looking for
- Seven or more years of progressively responsible industrial hygiene experience with demonstrated skill leading and coaching employees
- A bachelor’s degree in industrial hygiene or a related science
- Professional designation as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) is required
- A master’s degree in industrial hygiene can be substituted for the initial requirements of a CIH if CIH designation is obtained within one year of hire
- Other combinations of skills and experience may be considered
