What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with startup experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency sourcing for engineering roles, including hardware (mechanical, electrical, firmware), manufacturing, production, field engineering, product development, and operations
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and exposure to HRIS tools (ADP Workforce Now a plus), alongside an active interest in leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to accelerate routine workflows
- Demonstrated operational rigor and systems thinking, with a proven ability to manage processes independently and flawlessly
