What they're looking for
- Serve as the operational SME on partner order management systems and quoting workflows, owning requirements review, user acceptance testing, and production sign-off for system enhancements
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects including system and process improvements for ordering, approvals, and partner support
- Partner with Business Technology and Engineering teams to document business requirements and see enhancements through from scoping to deployment
- Support audit and compliance readiness, including participation in testing cycles that ensure financial controls remain intact
- Triage and resolve complex, escalated issues from partner-facing and internal teams
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document decisions, and drive follow-through on action items
