We're looking for a highly experienced Capital & Finance Lead to co-found Makan and own the raising, structuring, and financial model of the business end-to-end. This role is responsible for raising debt and equity, structuring the fund and deal mechanics, and owning investor relations from LOI through signed commitment. You'll work closely with a Real Estate & Asset co-founder and the Sanabil Studio Investment Committee to turn a validated model into closed capital and a licensed fund structure. At Makan, we believe homeownership in Saudi Arabia should be built on real equity, not just rent. Through a rent-to-own model, residents move in with a 10% down payment instead of the 30% banks require, build real equity every year through their rent, and use that accumulated equity to refinance into a standard bank mortgage if they qualify at year five.
We are the founding team building Makan from a validated thesis to signed assets, signed investors, and a functioning company, with Sanabil Studio providing the financial model, pre-seed capital, operational backbone, and institutional governance.
