We are looking for a Design Sales Manager to own design sales: turning qualified inbound leads into signed design clients. You will close deals yourself, run the design sales pipeline day-to-day, and lift the win rate of the design sales consultants through coaching, structure, and example. You will also own our CRM. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the Design Director.
