About the role
SandboxAQ’s AI Simulation (AISim) division is building Large Quantitative Models (LQMs)—AI grounded in physics, chemistry, and biology rather than language—to solve complex problems that traditional AI models cannot.
What they're looking for
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, with a demonstrated track record of increasing pipeline
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including comfort with funnel metrics, attribution, performance analysis, and making decisions from imperfect data
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute demand generation programs hands-on, including managing campaigns from strategy through launch, measurement, and optimization
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and/or RevOps to drive measurable business outcomes
- AI fluency and a builder’s mindset: You actively use AI tools to improve productivity across content development, audience segmentation, campaign execution, and analysis, and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
