About the role
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to create qualified pipeline at Sapien. You’ll find the finance and operations leaders whose businesses can benefit most from Sapien, understand what matters to them, and turn that understanding into conversations that move forward.
What they're looking for
- Builder mentality. You'd rather design the system than run someone else's playbook. You see gaps and fill them without being asked
- 1–4+ years of experience in GTM, sales, growth, consulting, or finance. You've done some version of pipeline work and want to go deeper
- Exceptional communicator. You write outbound that gets replies. You speak with confidence to senior finance leaders. Your writing is crisp and persuasive
- Process-obsessed. You build clean systems — CRM hygiene, dashboards, documented workflows. You don't let things slip through cracks
- AI-native. You use AI tools daily and you're energized by what's possible. You'll be expected to leverage AI across your workflows
- High agency. You operate with speed and urgency in ambiguous environments. You don't wait for permission — you identify what's next and do it
