Requirements Elicitation and Documentation: Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Ensure requirements are complete, unambiguous, and ready for development.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments
- Strong experience working on Agile or Scrum-based projects
- Demonstrated experience supporting projects that involved Salesforce, MuleSoft, and or Slack, without a requirement for hands-on system configuration or development
- Proven ability to write clear, detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience partnering closely with technical teams, architects, and integration partners
