About the role
You will be our first growth hire. There is no established playbook, marketing team, or legacy processes to inherit. You will help build Sava’s go-to-market motion from the ground up. You will build distribution through estate planning attorneys, wealth advisors, tax professionals, venture capital firms, and other trusted intermediaries.

- You have built a sales, partnerships, or growth motion from zero to one and are comfortable owning a revenue number
- Relentlessly testing (and then scaling) different channels and sales motions excites you
- You are highly organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and are biased towards action
- You have a chip on your shoulder
- You want to inherit an established process, mature pipeline, or team to manage
- You want a narrow role, avoid ambiguity, or are uncomfortable in fast moving environments

More than $6.5 trillion currently sits inside trusts, yet the trust administration industry still runs on PDFs, email, spreadsheets, personal relationships, and manual checklists.
Finding the right trustee is difficult. Pricing is opaque. Opening and funding a trust can take months. Attorneys and wealth advisors often have little visibility after referring a client. Beneficiaries rarely understand what is happening inside their own trusts or what still needs to be done.

We combine a license to operate a trust company with AI-native software that understands trust documents, coordinates complex workflows, monitors obligations, and gives families and their advisors a clear financial and operational view of what is happening.
We are a YC F25 company, have raised a $10 million seed round led by Gradient, Google’s AI fund, and are approaching a major regulatory milestone. We are now hiring our first GTM leader.
