About the role
Fuel the Growth of the AI Era Saviynt is on a mission to define identity security for the modern age. Following our recent $700 million capital raise led by KKR, we are aggressively expanding our footprint. We are looking for a high-octane Sr. HR Business Partner Manager to support our Americas (AMS) Sales, Marketing, and Finance organizations. You will be the strategic architect helping our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Finance leaders build, scale, structure, and reward the teams driving our global revenue.
What they're looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or formal Org Design/Dev certification preferred
- SaaS GTM Expertise: 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience, specifically supporting high-growth B2B Enterprise SaaS GTM teams
- Financial & Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS GTM metrics (ARR, ACV, quota attainment, sales capacity) and how HR strategy directly influences top-line revenue growth and cost-to-serve models
- Change Leadership & Agility: Proven capability in leading organizations through hyper-growth, shifting sales motions, and post-funding expansion
- Analytical Precision: Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex HR and business metrics into clear strategic recommendations
- Influence & Business Acumen: Strong executive presence with the ability to challenge, advise, and influence senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
