What they're looking for
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- • 1+ years of experience as a Principal SDET
- • Experience managing cross-functional, matrixed quality organizations
- • Strong leadership, communication, and results-oriented mindset
- • Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git) and code coverage tools like Sonar
- • Proficiency with modern test automation frameworks and a broad set of testing/analysis tools
