About the role
As Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for setting program direction across a significant product or business area. You will combine technical proficiency with leadership excellence — mentoring cross-disciplinary teams to plan, design, and deliver large-scale products and services with measurable impact.
What they're looking for
- Education: Bachelor's or advanced technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience: 12–15 years of progressive technical program/project management, including 1–2 years in a Sr. Principal or equivalent senior individual contributor leadership role (e.g., Group TPM Lead)
- Program Expertise: Deep understanding of agile SDLC with proven experience driving large-scale releases and go-to-market schedules across a product portfolio
- Executive Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical strategies to both technical and non-technical senior leaders, including running executive program reviews
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other program management tools — including setting up complex boards, workflows, and reporting structures
- Ownership Mindset: A strong delivery-oriented mentality with a track record of driving strategic progress and resolving high-impact, customer-critical issues under pressure
