As our Staff Product Operations Manager , you’ll step into a high-octane role right at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cutting-edge AI automation. We are looking for a builder to engineer the operational systems and AI-native workflows that empower Saviynt’s product teams to move faster, execute smarter, and ship world-class solutions at scale.
What they're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a closely related function, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise software environment
- Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a strong bias toward follow-through
- Demonstrated track record of managing multiple complex, high-priority initiatives simultaneously, setting clear expectations, maintaining momentum, and delivering on time
- Hands-on experience building AI-native workflows, proficiency with Claude Code or equivalent AI coding tools to automate operational processes and extract insight from large data sets
- Strong command of collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence, Google Workspace, Lucidchart, Slack) with the ability to rapidly adopt new platforms as needs evolve
- Highly analytical and process-oriented mindset, skilled at diagnosing inefficiencies, designing scalable systems, and operationalizing repeatable workflows
