- 2–4 years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking or a similarly rigorous analytical role
- Experience in a high-growth startup or another high-ownership setting where you wore multiple hats
- Strong project management skills. You can keep multiple workstreams moving with minimal oversight and follow through on details
- Structured, analytical problem-solving. You’re comfortable with imperfect information and can turn messy inputs into clear recommendations
- Clear written and verbal communication. You can write a crisp doc and keep stakeholders informed
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, automation tools) to speed up research, analysis and workflows
