About the role
Savvy is looking for a detail-obsessed, resourceful operator to join our advisor transitions team and own the hands-on work of moving newly signed advisors’ books onto Savvy’s platform. Advisors choose Savvy in part because we make moving their practice painless — you are the person who delivers on that promise, driving each transition from signed to fully live with speed, precision, and a white-glove touch.

- You’re resourceful. You figure things out, chase down answers, and don’t wait to be told how to unblock a transition
- You’re detail-obsessed. You catch the error others miss, because you know a single bad field can break a bulk upload or delay a transfer
- You’re never tired of learning. You self-teach new platforms and custodial systems fast, and you’re tech- savvy by default
- You appreciate direct communication. You’re both an active communicator and an eager listener, and you stay calm and clear with advisors under pressure
- You can pivot on the fly. We are fast-growing, so priorities constantly evolve. What you worked on last month may not be the same next month
- You have a humble, “can do” attitude and extreme ownership. Our team creates high-quality work on quick timelines
