- Own HR operations end-to-end: onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee experience
- Coordinate payroll and compliance documentation for US employees
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, keeping things running without friction
- Plan internal events and culture moments that connect the US team to the global company
- Build process as we scale — identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and implementing them
- Act as the go-to contact for US employees on HR, finance, and operational questions
