About the role
Coding agents are getting absurdly good at writing code. Engineering teams are not getting absurdly good at coordinating around them. The result: agents write 10x more code, but teams are still reviewing and aligning on intent at 1x resulting in costly mistakes. Coding agents amplify the cost of bad planning. We're building Scott AI to fix that.
