About the role
As Sr. Product Manager for Lending , you'll have end-to-end ownership of Scratch's lending products, from origination through underwriting and servicing. You'll set the strategy and roadmap for how we extend fair, affordable credit to pet parents, working closely with engineering, design, risk, credit, finance, servicing, compliance, and our sponsor bank partners to build lending experiences that are fast, transparent, and responsible.

- Longer-term installment and payment plans
- Credit decisioning and application flows
- Loan servicing and account management tools
- Feature flag management across lending environments
- Creation of new offerings such as wellness and/or subscription services
- Manage and grow relationships with sponsor bank partners as well as our loan management software provider, ensuring product decisions align with partnership agreements, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements
