About the role

Own strategy across paid and organic discovery: paid search, paid social, affiliate, SEO, and how we show up in LLM-driven search, setting that strategy in alignment with product and brand marketers. Allocate budget across performance channels to drive growth. Manage and develop the team of channel owners, fostering a culture of learning and performance.

What they're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience running performance marketing channels, managing meaningful paid budgets in-house at a B2C company
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience
  • Strong understanding of best practices in digital marketing, particularly paid search, paid social, and affiliate. Working knowledge of SEO and LLM visibility
  • Strong command of marketing unit economics and financial concepts such as LTV/CAC, with a solid understanding of marketing attribution and incrementality. Experience with Media Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus
  • Experience owning or evaluating marketing technology, such as ad management, SEO monitoring, or attribution tooling
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply data insights
