About the role
As a Technical Implementation Manager, you’ll own the design, setup, and technical execution of client implementations, while also acting as a strategic liaison between Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and Product & Tech. You’ll conduct discovery, propose solutions, configure systems, deliver technical and non-technical training, and ensure the final implementation aligns with both client goals and internal architecture.
