You’ll balance encouragement with accountability, ensuring every new apprentice leaves training confident, capable, and ready to build customer hardware.
Training Deliverables
- Lead classroom training sessions focused on core manufacturing fundamentals for our apprentice technicians and specialized operations for our harness+ technicians.
