About the role
The Inventory Specialist II is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting material flow within a harness manufacturing environment. This position performs inventory transactions, cycle counting, discrepancy investigations, and inventory reconciliation activities to ensure material availability for production. The Inventory Specialist works closely with Receiving, Production, Planning, Procurement, and Quality teams to maintain accurate inventory records and support operational objectives.

- 2-5 years of inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
- Experience working in an ERP/MRP system
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and transaction accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and perform basic root cause investigations
