About the role
This is not a traditional clinical management role. You will serve as the operational leader for Sensorum's clinical programs, helping ensure clinical quality, workflow consistency, and scalable delivery as we grow. You will work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and our physician leadership to build clinical systems that are both high-quality and operationally efficient. What they're looking for
- Clinical licensure as RN, NP, PA, or equivalent clinical professional
- 7+ years of clinical and/or healthcare operations experience
- Experience building or scaling clinical programs
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams preferred
- Strong operational and process design instincts
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building systems from scratch
