About the role
Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and GTM functions, from individual contributor through leadership level roles Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on role definition, leveling, talent-market strategy, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions
What they're looking for
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant technical recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth startup
- Experience recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, and/or Product, as well as business or GTM functions
- Demonstrated success recruiting both technical individual contributors and people leaders, including Manager- and Director-level candidates
- Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders through market insight, sound judgment, and clear communication
- Strong sourcing, pipeline development, candidate assessment, and closing skills
- Data-driven approach to recruiting, including experience using funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomes
