About the role
Serve as a fraud subject-matter expert in conversations with prospective customers. Build trusted relationships with fraud, risk, identity, payments, and financial-crime executives.
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in fraud, fraud risk, financial crime, identity, trust and safety, or a related field
- Significant experience in a senior fraud leadership or practitioner role within a bank, lender, payments company, fintech,, or other regulated financial-services organization
- Deep understanding of fraud operations, risk decisioning, identity, investigations, or financial-crime processes
- Experience designing, managing, or improving fraud workflows and operating models
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and credibility quickly with senior executives
- Strong understanding of how fraud teams evaluate, implement, and operationalize technology solutions
