About the role
As a Technical Recruiter at Serval, you’ll build and own our talent acquisition strategy from the ground up, focusing primarily on engineering roles. You’ll design and execute scrappy, high-impact recruiting initiatives that help us scale quickly while maintaining a high talent bar. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited to combine technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and creativity to grow our team at a high-energy startup.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience at a fast-paced environment or B2B SaaS company, ideally with exposure to full-cycle recruiting
- Technical Aptitude : Familiarity with engineering roles, tech stacks, and the ability to engage meaningfully with technical candidates
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in building pipelines, closing top 1% engineering candidates, and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Self-Motivated & Adaptable : Ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment—able to pivot quickly while remaining laser-focused on hiring goals
- Strong Communication Skills : Adept at articulating role requirements and company vision to candidates, and translating complex feedback into clear action items
- Analytical Mindset : Comfortable using metrics to drive insights, identify trends, and refine recruiting strategies
