About the role
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $165,500 - $289,600 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
What they're looking for
- Have at least 8- 10 years of experience at a top management consulting firm, private equity, investment bank, or strategy & operations at a technology company (or similar)
- Have expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry, ideally in the AI space
- Have experience using quantitative skills to optimize Product Strategy and inform operational excellence
- Have effective communication skills - both verbally and in writing and be comfortable in business and technical discussions
- Have a track record of owning cross-functional projects, building trusting relationships, and influencing others, including the most senior staff members
- Collaborative well and think on your own
