About the role
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $113,700 - $199,000 plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally including experience as a tech lead, Staff Engineer, or Engineering Manager
- 2+ years of experience training, mentoring, or guiding technical enablement for software engineers
- Strong hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted development, AI/ML engineering practices, and modern software-development tools
- Experience designing technical curricula, workshops, labs, or structured learning programs for engineers
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to teach foundational concepts and engage senior engineers in nuanced technical discussions
- Experience presenting to highly technical audiences and responding effectively to provocitive questions

We design and deliver practical learning experiences that help engineers, from new hires to senior technical principals, ramp faster, deepen their expertise, and stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies, development tools, and engineering practices.

- Develop and guide AI engineering enablement programs, including onboarding bootcamps, hands-on workshops, technical deep dives, and internal engineering forums.
- Build and maintain a role-based AI engineering curriculum aligned with organizational priorities and emerging technical capabilities.
- Partner with engineering principals and subject-matter experts to ensure training reflects current tools, architectures, development practices, and real-world engineering challenges.
