About the role
ServiceTitan is seeking an Events Associate to provide comprehensive support across various event types, including tradeshows, field marketing events, and customer programs. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Events, the Event Associate will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of our event programs. This position entails assisting in the coordination and organization of a wide range of events to ensure their successful implementation. - Oversee all aspects of departmental swag and show supplies, assuming a leadership role in, orders, inventory management, and shipping and receiving logistics
- Take ownership of and oversee event software utilization, including but not limited to Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello, and Cvent, ensuring effective management and responsible operation of these platforms
- Play a pivotal role in our flagship event by independently managing projects that are directly related to our User Conference, Pantheon
- Providing extensive support to the Events department, encompassing responsibilities such as expense management, diligently tracking budgets and undertaking various event-related projects
