The Senior Events Specialist will take ownership of several critical execution areas for the Pantheon conference: Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and refine the sponsorship prospectus for Pantheon
- Support the Business Development team in the active selling of sponsorship packages and booths
- Partner with the expo hall production team on booth design, layout, and logistics
- Own the sponsor-facing website experience, including managing sponsorship SKUs and all related web updates
- Track and manage sponsorship revenue, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial reporting
- Serve as the primary liaison between sponsors/partners and the organization, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
