About the role
ShiftKey connects healthcare professionals with facilities across diverse care settings, and our professional experience - from the first shift someone picks up to whether they're still picking up shifts three years later - is what keeps that marketplace healthy. Our Product Team operates in an augmented model - you will direct what we are building toward and our non-negotiables, while our delivery partners direct how it gets built.
What they're looking for
- 7-9 years in product management, with meaningful time on the supply side of a marketplace or platform
- Experience solving for engagement, not just availability, in a marketplace or platform
- Comfort connecting product decisions to unit economics and talking through them with finance
- Sharp data instincts - you instrument before you build, and can diagnose retention vs. discovery problems
- A strong track record partnering across team boundaries you don't fully control
