About the role
The Staff Industrial Engineer – Supply Chain Operations will pave the way for future supply chain flows within our facilities. This role will develop product flows to optimize for exceptional merchant experience and high efficiency. The role will operate with autonomy and identify process improvements across the warehouse network.

- Evaluate current supply chain practices and identify those needing improvement
- Enforce quality control to reduce waste
- Improve the efficiency of fulfillment and transportation processes
- Evaluate employees’ tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity
- Investigate, evaluate, develop project estimates, financial proposals, and manage a variety of operational projects
- Facilitate and manage corrective and preventative action teams resulting from customer complaints, internal quality problems, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
