About the role
You'll own your department: the people, the processes, and the numbers. You'll report to a Warehouse Manager and work alongside other operations leaders to keep the building running well. This is a floor-level leadership role, and your team will know very quickly whether you're invested in them.
What they're looking for
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment
- Experience leading teams and holding people accountable to performance expectations
- Comfort working with operational data and using metrics to identify problems and improve results
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs

ShipMonk is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Day Shift to lead a team of approximately 25–30 associates across our Pittston fulfillment operations.
We ship thousands of orders every day for more than 1,500 ecommerce brands, and the supervisors who lead our floors are the reason it works.
This is not a maintenance role. We are still building how we operate, and we want leaders who want to build with us.
At large 3PLs, the process often already exists. Your job is to follow it.
