About the role
You'll own your department: the people, the processes, and the numbers. As a Night Shift Operations Supervisor, you'll be the floor-level leader your team looks to for direction, decisions, coaching, and support throughout the shift.

- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment
- Strong coaching and people-leadership skills
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced operation
- Comfort using data and KPIs to manage performance

- Ability to work an overnight/night-shift schedule

ShipMonk is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift to lead a team of approximately 25–30 associates across our Louisville fulfillment operations.
We ship thousands of orders every day for more than 1,500 ecommerce brands, and strong night-shift leadership is critical to keeping that operation moving.
You'll be responsible for keeping your team focused, productive, safe, and aligned while making real-time decisions that directly impact our ability to deliver for our merchants.
