Associate Payments Adoption Managers are part of a purpose-driven team that provides an extraordinary product and has an extraordinary impact in customers’ lives. Based in or near Morgan Hill, California, this role will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with new or existing customers that are underutilizing the power of Shopmonkey payments for their business.

Associate Payments Adoption Managers are part of a purpose-driven team that provides an extraordinary product and has an extraordinary impact in customers’ lives. Based in or near Morgan Hill, California, this role will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with new or existing customers that are underutilizing the power of Shopmonkey payments for their business. A successful candidate will be well versed in embedded payments processing, and find creative solutions based on each shop’s needs and workflow. Please note for candidates in the San Jose, CA area that this is a hybrid role, with in-office expectations 2 days/week in our Morgan Hill, California office.
- Prospect into our customer base proactively through outbound/inbound efforts (focus will depend on experience and company needs) to ensure they are maximizing the benefit of Shopmonkey Payments
- Work closely and collaboratively with Leadership to develop and implement appropriate plans for your shops to help them grow their volume and impact of Shopmonkey Payments for their business
- Conduct in-depth rate analysis on both internal and competitor rates
