We're hiring a Client Strategy Manager to join our Enterprise pod and own the strategy behind a focused book of ShopMy's largest and most complex customers — major retailers, global parent and portfolio companies, and household-name brands with significant room to grow.
What they're looking for
- Large, complicated organizations — and the puzzle of figuring out who actually owns the budget and what they care about
- Designing a strategy rather than running a playbook, and working with large amounts of ambiguity with brands whose ambitions don't fit a template
- The future of creator marketing and the case that creators can be a core performance channel, not a line item
- Being the most prepared person in the room, with a lot of moving pieces held in your head and nothing dropped
- Building something new — the Enterprise operating model is still being written, and you'll help to shape it
- Working shoulder to shoulder with an Account Director toward a shared account outcome
