What they're looking for
- 6-10 years of experience: In personal shopping, luxury retail, or a closely related client-facing role serving VIC clients
- Experience managing a book of business: Proven success managing relationships with discerning, high-spending clients in women's luxury apparel or fashion
- Background at a major retailer or luxury brand: Experience in a personal shopping or client styling capacity
- Zero-to-one builder mentality: Comfortable operating without a fully defined process, testing new approaches, and iterating quickly based on what works
- Comfort with technology and digital platforms: Excited to move client servicing into more efficient, trackable tools
- Deep fluency in the luxury shopper ecosystem: Understand how VIC clients think, what drives their loyalty, and what a best-in-class personal shopping relationship looks like
