What they're looking for
- 4+ years of product design experience (startup or fast-paced environment a plus)
- A portfolio that demonstrates a strong grasp of interaction design, visual design, and user-centered thinking
- Experience working across web, mobile, and responsive design
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively
- Comfort with rapid iteration — you know when to polish and when to ship
- Familiarity with modern design tools (Figma, etc.) and basic prototyping tools
