What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience managing Software Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering teams
- 10+ years of related technical experience with distributed systems, CDN, or cloud infrastructure such as container networking, platform ownership, virtualization technology
- Extensive hands-on experience in software development using Go, Rust, or C/C++
- Demonstrated ability to drive a durable technical roadmap and facilitate effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
- Experience building and automating large scale production infrastructure in on-prem environments within a complex and dynamic networking environment
- Extensive hands on experience working in a Linux environment with a solid understanding of system internals and performance optimization
