- Software Proficiency: Extensive Primavera P6 or OPC experience required
- Soft Skills: Proven communication and meeting-management skills, across external and internal teams, with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and manage external subcontractors effectively
- Certification: PMP certification preferred
