About the role
We are looking for a curious, analytical teammate to join our AI Operations team at Silna . In this role, you’ll help us design, test, and roll out AI deployments that interpret complex healthcare documents, like treatment plans and prior authorization approval letters, using optical character recognition (OCR) and agentic AI. You will work on the end-to-end deployment of browser and phone agents for automating healthcare web-based workflows.

- Background in computer science, data science, or non-technical field but with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Interest in natural language processing concepts, AI/ML, or OCR technologies (coursework or internship experience counts!)
- Ability to think critically about ambiguous problems and propose structured solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

You’ll work closely with operations and engineering to make sure our AI systems produce accurate, usable outputs that enable patients to access care faster.
