About the role
As a Product Engineer - Member of Technical Staff, you will be responsible for building the platform that harnesses our core foundation model. This isn't just about building a UI; it’s about designing the infrastructure and interfaces that enable complex, multi-agent simulations for the world’s most sophisticated organizations.
What they're looking for
- Experience: 5+ years of professional engineering experience (excluding internships) at tech and product-driven companies
- Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong command of TypeScript and React for the frontend, and proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, or Node.js)
- Product Thinking: A track record of balancing technical excellence with a pragmatic approach to shipping, always keeping the customer’s problem at the center of the solution
- Systems Fundamentals: Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres/MySQL) and a solid understanding of distributed systems concepts
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment by navigating loosely defined tasks and managing competing priorities effectively
