We are looking for an SDR Manager to lead, coach, and grow our sales development team. You will own the team’s performance and help turn outbound prospecting into a repeatable source of qualified pipeline for Simple. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years in SDR, BDR, or outbound B2B SaaS sales roles, including 1+ year managing or formally leading an SDR team
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets as an SDR and helping a team deliver qualified pipeline
- Strong cold-calling skills and the ability to coach reps through real calls, messaging, and objections
- Experience improving rep performance through clear feedback, structured coaching, and follow-through
- Comfort using CRM, prospecting, and sales engagement tools, and translating performance data into action
- High ownership, clear communication, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced startup. Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on business operations
