About the role
The Associate Electronics Engineer will play an essential role in driving the growth and support of the electronics test lab at SiTime’s Santa Clara office. In this dynamic, hands‑on position, you’ll contribute directly to the development, testing, maintenance, and repair of SiTime products, as well as the cutting‑edge electronic equipment used to test them. What they're looking for
- AS in Electronics or Electronics Technology, BS a plus
- Associate in engineering technology Preferred. Exceptional candidates with other technical backgrounds will be considered
- Previous experience managing and maintaining electronic laboratories including custom test equipment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience testing semiconductor devices, including experience using ATE and automated bench-test setups
- Hands-on experience with PCB assembly (hand-solder and reflow), including surface-mount and chip-scale packages
