About the role
SiTime is looking for a Director of Corporate Operations to lead the transformation, process discipline, and operational rigor behind how the company runs at scale. Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Operations, this is a senior, highly visible leadership role responsible for driving the company's largest cross-functional initiatives — from ERP deployment to quote-to-cash transformation to acquisition integration — from concept through completion. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate operations, transformation, or program leadership, including 7+ years operating at a director level or above
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation or operational excellence initiatives, ideally including ERP deployment, business process redesign, or M&A integration
- Track record of driving results through influence, leading large cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to operate credibly with senior leadership while remaining hands-on with execution teams
- Experience building process and structure in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment
