About the role
As a Director of MEMS Engineering , you will own and drive development of cutting-edge MEMS for next generation of SiTime precision timing products during a pivotal growth phase of the Company. What they're looking for
- Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent
- 10+ years of industry experience in MEMS or specialty sensor development, 15+ years is preferred. Experience with MEMS timing is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success leading and delivering complex MEMS development programs
- Proven record of building and leading high‑performance engineering teams of 5+ engineers
- Hands‑on technical credibility across MEMS design, fabrication, characterization, and modeling
- Strong technical and business judgment with the ability to innovate, design experiments, and interpret complex data
