About the role
The Director, Post-Silicon Validation will be responsible for building and leading teams through the validation, characterization, debug, qualification, and datasheet verification of SiTime's industry-leading MEMS-based timing products. This role will drive post-silicon execution across a broad portfolio of products spanning networking, communications infrastructure, datacenter, industrial, automotive, mobile, and ultra-low-power applications. What they're looking for
- MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field
- Minimum 12 years of industry experience in semiconductor post-silicon validation, characterization, systems engineering, mixed-signal development, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role leading managers and engineering teams
- Strong background in mixed-signal, analog, MEMS, sensor, RF, timing, or related semiconductor technologies
- Proven track record of leading post-silicon bring-up, debug, characterization, qualification, and datasheet validation for complex semiconductor products
